2. Are the products ready-made or custom-made?
All our products are custom made . Your orders are prepared specifically for you. Since the design and workmanship are made specifically for each customer, there are no ready stock products.
3. Can I return or cancel?
No. Since all products are custom made , we cannot accept returns or cancellations .
However, in cases where the size does not fit, we offer an exchange option with the customer paying shipping costs .
4. How long does shipping take?
Depending on the model of the order, the production process takes an average of 5-10 business days . This period may be longer during busy periods. You will be notified when it is shipped.
5. Who pays the shipping costs?
- Within Türkiye: Generally, a fixed shipping fee is charged.
- For exchange transactions: All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- For international shipments: Charges are made according to country.
6. What fabrics do you use?
We prefer the highest quality fabrics:
