This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the BUYER regarding the order placed through the SELLER's website.
2. PRODUCT INFORMATION
The features, prices and payment information of the products in question are as approved by the BUYER at the time of order. Shipping costs will be covered by the BUYER.
3. DELIVERY
The product will be shipped within 1-5 business days depending on stock availability. In case of force majeure, a delay may occur, in which case the BUYER will be informed.
4. PAYMENT
Payment is made via credit card or money order. The order will not be processed until payment is completed.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. For withdrawal, the return form must be filled out and the product must be returned with its original packaging, invoice and accessories. Personal use products (e.g. underwear, special production abaya, etc.) cannot be returned.
6. RETURN AND CANCELLATION
Special orders that have been approved and started to be produced cannot be canceled. If the product arrives damaged, the BUYER must not accept the product and must have a cargo report drawn up.
7. PRIVACY AND COMMUNICATION
BUYER agrees to receive information messages through the contact information provided.
8. IN CASE OF DISPUTE
In case of dispute, Istanbul Consumer Arbitration Committees and Courts have jurisdiction.
9. ACCEPTANCE
By approving this contract, the BUYER declares that he/she has read, understood and accepted all the specified terms.
