2. Are the products ready-made or custom-made?

All of our products are custom-made . Your orders are prepared specifically for you. Because the design and workmanship are custom-made for each customer, we do not have any ready-made products in stock.

3. Can I return or cancel?

No. Since all products are custom made , we cannot accept returns or cancellations .
However, in cases where the size does not fit, we offer an exchange option with the customer paying shipping costs .

4. How long does shipping take?

Depending on the order type, the production process takes an average of 5-10 business days . This time may be longer during busy periods. You will be notified when your order has shipped.

5. Who is responsible for the shipping costs?

  • Within Türkiye: Generally, a fixed shipping fee is charged.

  • For exchange transactions: All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • For international shipments: Charges are made according to country.

We prefer the highest quality fabrics:

  • Medina silk

  • Special fabrics with stone embroidery

7. How should body measurements be taken?

Our sizes are loosely fitted. Please provide us with your height and weight before ordering, as this will help us produce the most appropriate size. Made-to-measure tailoring is possible.

Yes. We ship to Europe, the Middle East, the Americas, and many other countries. Shipping times and costs vary by country. Please contact us for more information.

9. Can I have a custom design made?

Yes! We can create a custom design just for you, with your choice of stones, lace, embroidery, color, and style, based on your personal taste. You can share your wishes with us via WhatsApp.

11. Does the abaya come with underwear?

No, our abaya products do not come with a robe. The robe is sold separately.

12. Do you offer discounts on Abaya prices?

Our prices are fixed and no individual discounts are offered. Temporary discounts are only offered for special campaigns and discounted products.
