2. Are the products ready-made or custom-made?

All our abayas are custom-made according to the customer's height. Because our designs involve intricate stonework, they cannot be prepared by a regular tailor. Therefore, we request your height information when ordering. The size chart on our website is for informational purposes only and is intended to help you provide accurate measurements.


3. Can I return or cancel my order?

No, we cannot accept returns or cancellations as all our products are custom-made. Our abayas feature intricate stonework and cannot be altered by a regular tailor afterwards. Therefore, after receiving an order, we contact our customers to verify their measurements and adjust the abaya length to their specifications. Because this process makes the product unique, returns or cancellations are not possible according to Turkish consumer regulations.

However, in cases such as size discrepancies, an exchange is offered provided the customer covers the shipping cost. Furthermore, if any errors arise on our part during the production or shipping process, we will gladly resolve the issue by making the necessary corrections.

Your order will be carefully prepared within an average of 5-10 business days, depending on the model. This may take longer during busy periods. You will be notified when it is shipped.

11. Does the abaya come with an undershirt?

Some of our models are offered with a base layer. You can check the product description to see if the base layer is included before ordering. For products that do not include a base layer, it is possible to purchase it separately.
