All of our products are custom-made. Your orders are prepared specifically for you. Because the design and workmanship are custom-made for each customer, we do not have any products in stock.

Therefore, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is a sizing issue, we will be happy to make the necessary alterations. Production takes an average of 2-4 business days , depending on the order type. This time may be longer during busy periods. You will be notified when your order has shipped.
5. Who pays the shipping costs?
- Within Türkiye: Generally, a fixed shipping fee is charged.
- For exchange transactions: All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
