Where can I place my order?

You can easily place your order through these channels:

Are the products ready-made or made to order?

All of our abayas are made to order according to the customer's height. Because our designs feature stonework, they cannot be altered by an ordinary tailor, so we ask for your height when you order. The size chart on our website is for guidance only, to help you give us the right measurements.

Can I return or cancel my order?

No. Because every piece is prepared especially for the customer, we cannot accept returns or cancellations. Our abayas carry intensive stonework and cannot be altered afterwards by an ordinary tailor, so after receiving your order we contact you to confirm your height and adjust the length of the abaya to your measurements. As this makes the product personalised, returns and cancellations are not possible under Turkish consumer law.

However, in cases such as a size mismatch we offer an exchange, provided the customer covers the shipping cost. And if any error arises on our side during production or shipping, we will gladly correct it.

How long does delivery take?

Depending on the style, your order is carefully prepared within an average of 5–10 business days. This may take longer during busy periods. You will be notified once it has been handed to the courier.

Who pays for shipping?
  • Within Turkey: A flat shipping fee is usually charged.
  • For exchanges: All shipping costs are paid by the customer.
  • International shipments: Fees depend on the country.
Which fabrics do you use?

We choose the finest fabrics: chiffon, sandy, satin, viscose, Dubai fabric, velvet and Dubai nida.

How should I choose my size?

Every piece is designed with a comfortable, elegant cut. You can choose the best size from our size chart, or share your height and weight with us. For made-to-measure tailoring, please contact us.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to Europe, the Middle East, the Americas and many other countries. Delivery time and cost vary by country. Contact us for details.

Can I order a custom design?

Yes. A design can be prepared just for you, with your choice of stones, lace, embroidery, colour and style. Prices for custom designs differ from our standard pieces. Contact us on WhatsApp for details.

Does the abaya come with an inner dress?

Some of our styles come with an inner dress. Please check the product description before ordering. For pieces without one, an inner dress can be purchased separately.

Do you offer discounts on abayas?

You can enjoy special prices during our seasonal and special-occasion campaigns. We are unable to accept individual discount requests, but we recommend following us so you don't miss our regular offers.
