At Emirati Abaya, we custom-make all of our products according to the specific measurements provided by our customers. Due to this custom production process, our return and exchange policy, detailed below, applies.
1. Returns and Exchanges Are Not Accepted

All abaya orders are produced according to the custom body measurements provided by the customer.

For this reason, returns or product exchanges are strictly prohibited.

Once the order is confirmed, it is not possible to cancel, return or exchange the product for another size.
2. Customer Measurement Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing their own measurements accurately and completely when placing an order.

Emirati Abaya accepts no responsibility in cases of size discrepancies resulting from incorrect measurements.

Please check your body measurements carefully before placing an order.
3. In Case of Manufacturing Defects

In case of a manufacturing error (e.g. sewing error, wrong model), the customer must notify the customer in writing to info@emiratiabaya.com within 48 hours after receiving the product.

The relevant product is examined by our expert team.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the same product will be correctly remanufactured and shipped free of charge .

Apart from this situation, product exchange is not possible.
4. Shipping & Delivery

All responsibility and additional shipping costs for delivery problems arising from providing an incorrect address belong to the customer.

Please make sure you enter your address information correctly when ordering.

If any damage due to packaging or transportation is detected after the product is received, a report must be drawn up with the cargo company at the time of delivery.
5. The Nature of Customized Production

Custom production is production made specifically to the measurements provided by the customer, without applying standard sizes.

Since it is not possible to sell such products to another customer, the right of return and exchange is legally excluded.

This practice is carried out within the framework of the provisions of the Consumer Rights Law for specially produced products.

For Website Orders
All our abayas are made in one size (free size) and are custom-made based on our customers' height and chest measurements. The size chart is for informational purposes only; it helps you choose a size, but it does not guarantee that sizes like S, M, or L are in stock. Once your abaya is made to your measurements, it becomes a custom-made product, so returns or exchanges are not possible. For customer satisfaction, if there are any issues with the length or size, alterations are made free of charge; the customer only pays the shipping cost. After you place your order, a representative will contact you to confirm your measurements before production begins.
